About Company :

- Hilo Design is an innovative apparel platform that delivers style-assisted, made-to-fit clothing for men. We are building a hassle-free e-commerce experience for new-age aspirational men.

- We are a platform for men's styles across the wardrobe from casuals to ethnic wear and building a scalable platform by aggregating tailoring/manufacturing units for made-to-order apparel.

- Hilo Design is building a large design portfolio by enabling designers to license their designs for the commission-on-sale model.

Skill & Job Role :

- Managing Day-to-day operations of the e-commerce platform.

- Creating listings on our website and partner marketplaces

- Overseeing the day-to-day marketplace eCommerce operations : Shipping, inventory, coordinating with partners for shipping including local shipping, customer service and other operations to deliver to customers.

- Coordinating Supply Chain, and Operations on Day-to-day management of the eCommerce platform.

Desired Candidate Profile :

- Minimum 1 year+ of experience within any operations role

- Ability to use excel and other analytics tools

- Communication skills to coordinate with team members and production staff

- Financial acumen- ability to reconcile accounts receivables with payments received from sales partners

- Ability to manage tasks simultaneously

Package : 1.8 LPA to 2.5 LPA
