Digital Marketing & E-commerce Specialist


Job Summary :

We are a company setting up a premium international leather fashion brand that promises to offer biggest selection of premium quality leather products at affordable prices and seeks to democratize luxury. Our vision is to offer "Earth's biggest selection of premium leather products".

We are looking for rock star digital marketing professionals who have an entrepreneurial zest to build visibility, drive business and sales through brand website and online global marketplaces such as Amazon, ebay, Etsy etc. Candidate's main responsibility would be to build brand visibility and drive sales and profitability through all the online channels - website and marketplaces. NOTE: THIS IS PURELY A DIGITAL MARKETING PROFILE AND REQUIRE EXPERTISE IN SEO, SEM, SMO, PPC CAMPAIGNS TO BUILD VISIBILITY AND DRIVE TRAFFIC THROUGH DIFFERENT CHANNELS - WEBSITE & MARKETPLACES etc.

Responsibilities and Duties :

- Manage, maintain & optimize the organization's website(s). Ensure the website experience and visibility through SEO, SEM, and ORM etc.

- Experience in optimizing landing pages and user funnels; conduct A/B and multivariate experiments

- Plan and execute all digital marketing, including SEO/SEM, marketing database, email, social media and display advertising campaigns

- Continually work on the Search Engine Optimization of the website(s) - ON page / OFF page

- Hands on experience of social media marketing (Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, YouTube etc.) to drive traffic to website / marketplace stores to boost visibility and sales

- Prepare online newsletters and promotional emails and organize their distribution through various channels; email marketing campaigns

- Experience in setting up and optimizing Google Adwords campaigns, Facebook etc. to increase company and brand awareness

- Identify trends and insights, and optimize spend and performance based on the insights

- Measure performance of digital marketing efforts using a variety of Web analytics tools (Google Analytics, WebTrends etc.)

- Working knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript development and constraints Online Marketplaces

- Boost online sales and manage global and Indian online retail marketplaces like Amazon, Flipkart, ebay, Etsy, Bonanza, Rakuten, Jet etc.

- Create and manage Marketplace specific promotions and offers; Running paid advertisements / sponsored ads, Keyword Campaign Management, Lightening deals, FBA promotions, Customer review generation and management

- Execute marketplace management activities like registering on marketplaces, creating stores, enhanced listing, interacting with respective category heads of different marketplaces

- Experienced in increasing month on month sales significantly; expertise in making few products as Amazon choice and getting seller flex

- Tie up with marketplace sellers like Cloudtail, WS Retail, Appario etc. as vendors / sellers to execute volume sales

- Catalog/Content Management - manage catalog listings for different Marketplaces; Research category specific relevant keywords and mapping competitive sellers & content optimization

- Maintaining Rich content for Product pages like Title, Description, Images, Keywords to ensure product and brand rank organically; share insights to achieve price competitiveness

- Handle day to day marketplace operations - Inventory management, order processing, Tracking fulfilled / non-fulfilled orders, reporting and managing returns; Payment Reconciliation - Courier Return, Customer Return etc.; customer feedback management

Required Experience, Skills and Qualifications :

- Any graduate (MBAs / Engrs preferred, ONLY Male) with experience in B2C social media, Google Adwords, email campaigns and SEO/SEM

- Working knowledge of ad serving tools (e.g., DART, Atlas)

- Perfect knowledge of web analytics tools (e.g. Google Analytics, NetInsight, WebTrends etc.)

- Exposure of achieving significant online sales targets on ecommerce marketplaces like Amazon, eBay, Flipkart, Udaan etc.

- Should have made few products bestsellers on different platforms like Amazon, Flipkart etc; Exposure on getting seller flex

- Analytical mindset and critical thinking. Passionate to drive sales; Should be able to run and manage online promotions to achieve online sales targets while maintaining budgets

- Must be proficient in promotions, MS Excel and managing data

- Excellent English written & oral communication skills
