HiLEDER - Marketing & Sales Specialist - eCommerce (4-25 yrs)

Job Summary :

We are a startup setting up a premium international leather fashion brand that promises to offer biggest selection of premium quality leather products at affordable prices and seeks to democratize luxury. Our vision is to offer "Earth's biggest selection of premium leather products".

We are looking for rock star online E-commerce professionals, who have an entrepreneurial zest to drive business and sales through online marketplaces such as Amazon, Flipkart, Myntra, Ajio, Tata Cliq, Udaan, GeM, Etsy, Walmart, ebay etc. (both retail and bulk marketplaces). Candidate's main responsibility would be to increase sales and profitability and manage all the activities related to marketplace management. NOTE: This is purely an online sales & marketing role and requires expertise in generating sales and growing accounts on marketplaces - Amazon, Flipkart, Myntra, Ajio, Tata Cliq, Udaan etc.

Responsibilities and Duties :

- Boost online sales and manage marketplaces - Amazon India, Flipkart, Myntra, Ajio B2C, Ajio Business, Tata Cliq, Udaan, GeM, Nykaa, payTM and reseller marketplaces - Meesho, Bzaar, Shop101, Glowroad, ClubFactory, Wooplr etc.

- Drive traffic and enhance sales and manage global online marketplaces like Amazon (US, Canada, UAE, KSA, UK, Germany etc.), Noon, ebay (US, UK ), Etsy, Walmart etc.

- Create and manage Marketplace specific promotions and offers; Running paid advertisements / sponsored ads, Keyword Campaign Management, Lightening deals, FBA promotions, Customer review generation and management

- Execute marketplace management activities like registering on marketplaces, creating stores, enhanced A+ listing, interacting with respective category heads and account managers of different marketplaces

- Tie up with marketplace sellers like Cloudtail, WS Retail, Appario etc; Explore tie ups with marketplaces (Myntra, Ajio, Flipkart etc.) as vendors for bulk sales

- Catalog / Content Management - Create and manage catalog listings for different Marketplaces, organizing photo shoot; Research category specific relevant keywords and mapping competitive sellers & content optimization

- Maintaining Rich content for Product pages like Title, Description, Images, Keywords to ensure product and brand rank organically; share insights to achieve price competitiveness

- Handle day to day marketplace operations - Inventory management, Order processing for marketplaces and portal; Tracking fulfilled / non-fulfilled orders, reporting and managing returns; Payment Reconciliation - Courier Return, Customer Return etc.

- Interacting with customers & vendors for product related queries, complaints or for valuable feedback

- Hands on experience of social media marketing (Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, YouTube etc.) to drive traffic to marketplace stores to boost visibility and sales

- Generate leads, respond to queries, and acquire customers on bulk marketplaces like Alibaba, Udaan, Indiamart and other B2B global / Indian marketplaces

Required Experience, Skills and Qualifications :

- Any graduate (MBAs / Engrs preferred) with experience in achieving online sales targets on eCommerce marketplaces like Amazon, Flipkart, Myntra, Ajio, Tata Cliq, Etsy, Walmart, ebay, Noon, Udaan etc.

- Must have met significant sales targets on these marketplaces; Should have made few products bestsellers on different platforms like Amazon, Flipkart etc

- Exposure on getting seller flex

- Hands on experience in Sales Forecast and analysis, Category Management, Product Analysis, and Inventory Management

- Passionate to drive sales; Should be able to run and manage online promotions to achieve online sales targets while maintaining budgets

- Must be proficient in promotions, MS Excel and managing data

- Excellent English written & oral communication skills
