Job Summary

We are a fast growing startup setting up a premium international leather fashion brand that promises to offer biggest selection of premium quality leather products at affordable prices and seeks to democratize luxury. Our vision is to offer "Earth's biggest selection of premium leather products".

We are looking for rock star online E-commerce professionals, who have an entrepreneurial zest to drive business and sales through online marketplaces such as Amazon, Flipkart, Myntra, Ajio, Tata Cliq, Udaan, GeM, Etsy, Walmart, ebay etc. (both retail and bulk marketplaces) Candidate's main responsibility would be to manage all marketplace activities to enhance visibility and sales. NOTE: This is a purely an E-commerce marketplace management, cataloging and operations role and require expertise in handling all aspects of marketplaces like Amazon, Flipkart, Myntra, Ajio, Tata Cliq, Udaan, GeM, Etsy etc.

Responsibilities and Duties :

- Manage marketplaces - Amazon India, Flipkart, Myntra, Ajio, Tata Cliq, payTM, Udaan, GeM and reseller marketplaces - Meesho, Ajio Business etc.

- Execute marketplace management activities like registering on marketplaces, creating stores, creating content, enhanced listing, interacting with respective category heads of different marketplaces

- Catalog / Content Management - create & manage catalog listings for different Marketplaces, bulk listing upload through flat file, organizing photo shoot; Research category specific relevant keywords and mapping competitive sellers & content optimization

- Maintaining Rich content for Product pages like Title, Description, Images, Keywords to ensure product and brand rank organically; share insights to achieve price competitiveness

- Handle day to day marketplace operations - Inventory management, managing stock inventory in close coordination with factory and partner manufacturers

- Order processing for marketplaces and portal; Tracking fulfilled / non-fulfilled orders, reporting and managing returns; Payment Reconciliation - Courier Return, Customer Return etc.

- Close coordination with different courier / logistics partners related to product deliveries, stop deliveries, re-shipping returned orders via different locations and areas; negotiating rates with couriers for cost effective logistics solutions

- Interfacing with factory for sample creation, product procurement & dispatch readiness; managing stock inventory in close coordination with factory and partners

- Interacting with customers & vendors for product related queries, complaints or for valuable feedback

- Create and manage Marketplace specific promotions and offers; Running paid advertisements / sponsored ads, Keyword Campaign Management, Lightening deals, FBA promotions, Customer review generation and management

- Hands on experience of social media marketing (Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, YouTube etc.) to drive traffic to marketplace stores to boost visibility and sales

Required Experience, Skills and Qualifications :

- Any graduate (MBAs / Engineers preferred) with experience in handling eCommerce marketplaces like Amazon India, Flipkart, Myntra, Ajio, Tata Cliq etc.

- Must be proficient in MS Excel and creating bulk listing through excel

- Hands on experience in Sales Forecast and analysis, Category Management, Product Analysis, and Inventory Management

- Ability to interact with different stakeholders with ease - factory, channel partners, courier partners, customers

- Excellent English written & oral communication skills
