HighRadius Technologies - Business Development Representative (1-10 yrs)

HighRadius-Hyderabad is looking for rockstar Business Development Representatives (BDR). As a BDR, your implicit responsibility is to create highly effective customized messages to connect prospective clients to HighRadius offerings in a way that not only creates value but also ensures a superior prospect experience to set the stage for effective discovery calls and future sales.

Responsibilities :

- Execute a high volume of phone calls, linkedIn messages, emails and follow-ups to develop pipeline opportunities within target accounts of North America and EMEA region.

- Introduce HighRadius products to potential customers through strategic account identification and targeted outbound outreach via cold prospecting.

- Achieve and exceed the monthly/quarterly metrics (appointments with prospects, discovery call for sales and generating sales qualified leads).

- Work closely with the entire sales organization to accelerate the sales pipeline and to extend our reach into target accounts.

- Collaborate with the marketing team to ensure that inbound marketing campaigns are integrated with other marketing efforts ensuring a seamless user experience for customers and prospects.

- Manage lead pipeline and prospecting status in Salesforce.com and Outreach.

An Ideal rockstar BDR be like :

- Having experience of 1 - 3 years for BDR role and 3+ years for Senior BDR role.

- Has minimum qualification of Bachelor of Engineering, Bachelor of Technology or MBA.

- Has at least 1-2 years of sales or cold-calling experience.

- Can successfully handle prospect objections both on the phone and through email.

- Have the experience of conversations with C-suite executives in Fortune 500 companies.

- Ready to work in shifts according to EMEA and North America time zones.

- You have excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills.

- Is a self-starter- motivated, driven and focused on achieving goals.

- Understanding of SaaS, Cloud, software or fintech BDR experience could be a plus to the role.
