Hiespread - Executive - Customer Service (0-1 yrs)
- Providing support to the customers both voicing and non-voicing. The key responsibilities are outbound and inbound call receiving. Emailing to the customers. Record the customers' problems and feed forward the same to the concerned team.
- Candidate should be good in both English and Hindi. Candidate should be compassionate in nature and understands the others problems.
- Candidate should be able to understand the technical, commercial and legal aspects of the software business. Free training will be provided to cope with the situations though basic attitude should be matchable.
