HiDesign - Regional Manager (2-6 yrs)
Job Responsibilities:
- Responsible for the overall operations of Exclusive Brand Outlets under your control
- Responsible for the Sales Performance of the outlets in your region
- Merchandise Planning: Ensure that right stock is available at the right time at the right place by required analysis and planning
- Analyze stocks & sales, prepare reports to perform better
- Ensure that proper visual merchandising and high visual standards in both the stores
- People Management, train and motivate the team for performing the best and achieving the targets
- Coordinate with the back end retail operations team for resolving the issues and for providing better support
- Responsible for the implementation of Marketing and Brand promotion events
- SOPs Adherence: Making sure that SOPs laid out by the company are strictly adhered to
- New Processes roll out & implementation- Whenever a new process is rolled out throughout all the outlets, rolling out the same in the outlets & making sure it is being adhered to
Requirements:
- Good logical and analytical skills
- Flare of fashion and retail
- Good communication skills, training skills, problem solving skills and team management skills
- A sound IT knowledge is required
