Responsibilities and Duties :
Designation : Assistant Retail Manager ( Area manager)
Primary Skills : MBA / PGDM Marketing or Retail / Fashion Management or any relevant degree
Location : Bangalore
Experience : 2-4 years
Responsibilities :
- Ensure sales performance and growth of the Exclusive Brand Outlets and Multi Brand Outlets
- Implement and monitor the process and systems and evaluate the overall performance
- Improve the performance of the stores by providing the best service by following the values of Hidesign
- Maintain proper visual merchandising and high visual standards
- Train and motivate the team for performing the best and achieving the targets
- Ensure that right stock is available at the right time at the right place by proper planning and analysis
- Coordinate with the office for resolving the issues and for providing the better support
- Participate in the Marketing and Brand promotion events to make it a success
Required Experience, Skills and Qualifications :
- Good logical, analytical and numerical skills
- Flare of fashion and retail
- Good communication skills, training skills, problem solving skills and team management skills
