Hidden Brains - Executive - Search Engine Optimization (3-5 yrs)
Key Responsibilities :
SEO Strategy & Implementation : Perform keyword research in coordination with our business objectives to optimize existing content and uncover new opportunities.
- Provide SEO analysis and recommendations in coordination with elements and structure of Hidden Brains websites.
Technical SEO : Provide recommendations and execute/manage SEO strategies for content development in coordination with SEO goals - general and keyword-specific.
- Implement link-building campaigns in coordination with client SEO goals.
- Analytics : Monitor and evaluate search results and search performance across the major search channels.
- Use tools like Google Analytics, Google Search Console, and other industry SEO tools.
Content Development : Work with editorial and marketing teams to drive SEO in content creation and content programming.
Reporting : Prepare and present reports on a weekly/monthly basis on the progress of optimization.
Team Collaboration : Assist in the development and execution of communication/content strategies via social communities in coordination with SEO goals.
Market Research : Keep pace with SEO, search engine, social media, and internet marketing industry trends and developments.
- Should be having an interest in social media & the person who has handled social media for corporates would be an add-on edge.
- Experience in handling more sophisticated strategies, considering audience segmentation and personalized content for social media.
- Optimize content for different social media platforms, considering each platform's unique requirements and audience behaviours with monthly social media plan creation.
Qualifications :
- 3-4 years of experience in Search Engine Optimization (SEO).
- Strong understanding of the Search Engine Optimization (SEO) process.
- Experience working with popular tools (Google, AHREFs, SEMrush, etc).
- Experience with website analysis using a variety of analytics tools including Google Analytics as well as internal reporting tools.
Skills :
- Excellent analytical, organizational, project management, and time management skills.
- Should be a quick learner & individual with the ability to grasp quickly with implementation of changing trends in Digital Marketing scenarios along with Google algorithms.
- Attention to detail and the ability to effectively multi-task in a deadline-driven atmosphere.
- High levels of integrity, autonomy, and self-motivation.
- Excellent analytical, organizational, project management, and time management skills.
- Proficiency in MS Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
