Sales Management

- Formulating & implementing sales promotion plans including MCC and Shop in Shop activities

- Conceptualizing / ensuring visual merchandising displays / POP

- Handling exhibitions, undertaking small activities needed in promotional sales

- Payment Collection and controlling bad debts

- Ensuring conversion rates as per norms of call officers

- Developing, Implementing & Reviewing MCC plans

- Handle team of front line promoter in society and malls.

- Ensure desired productivity level of team members and following company sales process

Team Management

- Recruit, Train and Retain Team Members

- Review Team through morning Meeting / DSRs

- Conduct Field Coaching / Role Plays for team members

- Ensure Team discipline

Other Skills required

- Knowledge and vast experience in areas of Direct Sales + Retail sales by virtue of exposure and expertise gained from working in different sales environment and association.

- Expertise in formulating & implementation of target marketing & penetration strategies, operations management, alliances, marketing communication, brand management, merchandising, promotions and event management thereby building brand saliency.

- Versatile business manager with competencies in optimizing team dynamics uniting diverse agenda to common goal and harnessing strategic and operational drivers to deliver results.

- Capable of defining business mission and integrating resource strengths to deliver impeccable performances aligned to overall objectives.

- Proven ability to drive new business alliances through establishing strategic partnerships and building relationships with key decision-makers.

- Sales skills, distribution strategy, Relationship management, Recruiting, training and managing a team of territory managers is strength.

- Art of negotiation is an acknowledged strength. Result orientation, team building, relationship management, and courage of conviction are key professional character attributes
