HF Market - Executive - Business Development (2-6 yrs)
- Source new Affiliate relationships to ensure that the Company's business strategies and targets are achieved.
- Contact new Affiliates of the Company to introduce the Company and its services and ascertain the needs and individual circumstances of each new Affiliate.
- Arrange meetings, either face to face or remotely, with new and existing Affiliates to drive business development.
- Travel to various locations and host seminars and educational meetings.
- Conduct an induction to new Affiliates regarding their affiliate panel and how to utilize the systems available to them.
- Inform Affiliates of the commission structure they will receive and if applicable negotiate for a different commission structure.
- Communicate to Affiliates the various products and marketing campaigns currently active.
- Achieve all business development targets on a consistent basis outlined by the Head of Business Development.
