For this role, we're looking for an experienced marketer who has experience working in Media/Entertainment-aligned businesses & is a result-oriented person. We want to give our users an all-around experience that is consistent with the brand's ethos & vision, and so require someone with an ability to bring agile & brave decisions to the forefront. Responsibilities :

- Owning the goals of customer acquisition and engagement for the business

- Build long-term & short-term strategies for customer acquisition and lead execution over the short/medium term

- Guide the team towards constant optimization of customer acquisition and engagement

- Explore new & various marketing channels to grow the awareness around the brand

- Deliver robust detailed measurement & reporting processes

- Mentor and manage team-members working on both offline & digital channels

- Deliver customer acquisition outcomes within financial objectives & with ingenuity as a core guiding principal

- Build & improve funnels of customers across social media channels, emailing campaigns & other marketing channels

- Inculcate efficient & outcome-focused processes that are aligned with the KPI metrics of the department

- Oversee Performance Marketing & SEO teams to ensure consistent high-level results

- Be a key member of the leadership team

Required Skill-set :

- Go-getter attitude which utilises data & KPI metrics to determine the next plan-of-action

- Experience working in a fast-paced startup, preferably in similar space (Media-Entertainment)

- Result-oriented goal setting is a must

- Experience presenting metrics & progress to goal to Management/Stakeholders

- Ability to work cross functionally across multiple teams to guide the marketing strategy of the company in the best manner possible

- Proficient user of analytics, performance monitoring, advertising deployment to deliver recommendations that are aligned with KPI goals of the marketing team

- Ability to turn ambiguous data into actionable & creative offline/online marketing strategies

- Strong written and verbal communication

- 5+ years of experience of working with high-performance marketing teams

- Any experience working in consumer-facing web3 business is a huge plus
