Insides sales opportunity with Hexaware Technologies - Pune


Roles & Responsibilities :

- Generating high quality leads focused towards business opportunities.

- Initiating first & second level meetings/demonstration with key decision makers and Sales Representative.

- Building strong network with the clients, Cold calling/Tele-Marketing for possible business opportunities including Post and Pre Event Campaigns & Webinars.

- Selling Overall IT / BPM services

- Research & analysis - Market research, Company Research and profiling

- Developing campaign strategy and positioning along with Service Marketing Manager

- Sharing product presentation as per the customers requirement for the demonstration

- Regular follow up's with the prospect keeping in mind the target assigned for generating leads.

- Ensure leads once generated are escalated to the next level via e-mail to the concerned campaign owner

- Daily/Weekly/Monthly reports both internal & external would have to be maintained by the incumbent

- Scope: Inside Sale to generate and nurture opportunities as per the campaigns assigned and then share the identified opportunities with the Sales team.

- The Campaigns could be Webinar/Seminar, TAL accounts, Events organized or attended by Hexaware.

- This calling could also be a post and a pre event campaign.

Requirements :

- BTECH / MBA with marketing specialization or equivalent

- Good command over the English language and great attitude

- Excellent people and management skills to interact with customers, colleagues and cross-functional teams, and third parties

- Willingness to work in shifts

- Min. 6 years- of international calling experience for any leading technology organization

- Ability to meet aggressive deadlines & targets

- Ability to communicate clearly and professionally at all levels within the organization

- Self-motivated with the right attitude who can work well within extended teams
