Hevo - Sales Development Representative - Inside Sales - Enterprise SaaS Domain (3-9 yrs)

At Hevo Data, Inc, your role as a Sales Development Representative (Inside Sales) will be to manage the sales cycle and close deals. You will be responsible for the front-end aspects of the sales cycle driving the growth of the company. It is essential for you to help our potential customers discover their unmet needs and help them see how we can deliver extraordinary value to them.

We're looking for a high-energy, outgoing and sales-driven person who is technically savvy and is quick on their feet. This is an interesting sale opportunity to be an integral part of an exciting startup that is geared for high growth.

Key Responsibilities:

- Identify key decision-makers within target accounts and implement key outreach techniques to generate product awareness.

- Engage and generate interest amongst all qualified prospects

- Prepare pitch and product demonstration materials as needed based on prospect's pain points in order to effectively articulate Hevo's unique value proposition.

- Carry out product demonstrations to interested and qualified prospects via web sharing technologies

- Build rapport with prospects. Carefully execute follow-ups to closure.

- Drive key accounts to closure to meet quarterly and yearly targets. Build strategic relationships to achieve referrals, grow existing business, and ensure customer satisfaction.

- Continuously build and manage a strong sales pipeline and maintain all activity with CRM tools for maximum efficiency and visibility

Professional Requirements:

- Graduate in Business, Sales & Marketing, Communications, Tech or similar

- 2-4 years of experience in B2B platform sales (preferably SaaS platform)

- Selling experience in technology, enterprise or mid-market accounts

- Ability to handle objections from client's end and turn them into opportunities

- Work effectively with multiple teams by putting aside individual preferences in order to identify and resolve problems or to accomplish goals, focusing on the larger company objectives.

- Totally committed to providing excellent client service and minimize customer churn

- Proficient with CRM tools, and best practices in sales

- Able to get things done in the face of rapid change

- Possess excellent organizational and communication skills, and an engaging phone presence

- Superior writing and presentation skills - conveying complex technology in simple terms through clear and impactful messages, and adapt your tone to different users

- Passion for technology and quick to pick new concepts, market trends at light speed

- Ability to self-start and self-direct work in a quickly changing, unstructured environment with a tolerance for ambiguity
