What problem is Hevo Data trying to solve ?

- Organizations want to leverage their data to make smarter business decisions. However, they struggle a lot to integrate data residing within multiple silos.

What will be your role as Customer Success Manager at Hevo ?

- We are hiring for Customer Success Manager who can be Hevo's product evangelist and synergize the entire customer lifecycle. The incumbent will engage Hevo's potential & existing customers as a trusted advisor & ensure the client's business objectives are achieved. The role offers a great opportunity for someone who aspires to be in business development, client engagement, and relationship management.

Role and Responsibilities :

1. Develop deep expertise of Hevo's product offering and be a trusted advisor to potential customers

2. Engage, advise & address potential customer's use cases by mapping their business goals and Hevo's product feature

3. Collaborate with stakeholders (internal and external) during different stages of the customer's life cycle e.g. product evaluation, subscription, initial adoption, etc

4. Identify new business opportunities in the existing account(s)

5. Drive new feature adaptation by engaging existing customers via different channels

6. Manage and own account retention, renewals & churn

Skills/Experience Required :

1. 1 to 3 years of experience in revenue-generation and direct customer-facing role e.g. sales, business development, client management, client engagement, etc

2. Effective communicator with the ability to have meaningful conversations and thought articulation

3. Prior experience in cross-functional collaboration role involving multiple stakeholders from a diverse background

4. Excellent customer service orientation & engagement

5. Eager to learn and drive for results and accomplishments
