Designation : Business Development Executive,

Years of Experience : 0-2 years (Healthcare Preferred)

Location : Mumbai, Navi Mumbai, Pune & Nashik

Work Timings : 10:00 AM - 06:00 PM

Working Days : 6 Days (Monday - Saturday)

Salary : 2 LPA to 3 LPA


Job Description :


- As a Business Development Executive at Herbayu Wellness India Private Limited, you will play a crucial role in expanding our reach and impact in the healthcare sector. Your primary responsibility will be to develop and implement strategies to drive business growth, establish partnerships, and strengthen our presence in the market. You will be a key contributor to our mission to combat diabetes in India.

Responsibilities :

1. Market Research : Conduct thorough market research to identify potential customers, market trends, and competitors. Use data-driven insights to develop effective business strategies.

2. Business Growth : Develop and execute sales and marketing plans to increase product sales and revenue. Identify new opportunities for growth and expansion.

3. Customer Engagement : Build and maintain strong relationships with existing customers. Identify their needs and provide them with personalized solutions to improve their health and well-being.

4. Partner Relations : Collaborate with healthcare professionals, distributors, and other stakeholders to establish mutually beneficial partnerships that support our mission.

5. Training and Development : Provide training and guidance to the sales team to ensure they are well-equipped to promote our products effectively.

6. Reporting : Prepare regular reports on business development activities, sales performance, and market insights. Present findings to the management team.

7. Compliance : Ensure compliance with all relevant laws and regulations governing the direct-selling industry in India.

8. Source, screen, and interview potential candidates as Freelance Health Counselor for the company.

9. Market Expansion : Explore new marketing channels and opportunities to expand our reach and penetrate untapped markets.

Qualifications :

- Bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing, or a related field.

- Proven experience in business development, sales, or marketing, preferably in the healthcare or direct-selling industry.

- Strong understanding of the Indian healthcare market and the challenges related to diabetes.

- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

- Goal-oriented with a strong focus on achieving targets.

- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
