Key Responsibilities :
- Attend incoming calls and generate sales by effectively promoting our products and services.
- Provide excellent customer service and address customer inquiries and concerns.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of sales and customer interactions.
- Collaborate with the sales team to achieve sales targets and objectives.
Working Hours : The working hours for this position are from 10 a.m. to 6 p.m.
Minimum Requirement :
- Must have access to a mobile phone or laptop with a reliable internet connection.
- Must have a suitable working space at home to ensure a professional work environment.
Selection Criteria :
- Candidates will be evaluated based on their sales performance during a training period of 1-3 days.
- A minimum of 3-5 sales during the training period is required for selection.
