- Deliver a scripted sales pitch to the customer
- Provide pricing details of products or services
- Contacting current and potential clients to inform them about products and services
- Answering questions about the company and products
- Understanding customers' needs by asking questions
- Keeping the customer database updated
- Calling clients to encourage purchases
- Addressing clients' concerns and suggestions
- Noting important details of each conversation
- Communicating verbal acceptances of offers to the sales team
