Job Responsibilities-

1. Responsible for doing primary and secondary research and making presentation as per the client requirement.

2. Conducting market review/studies and analysing competitors activities thereby devising strategies to counter them.

3. Generating leads for IT Products (Cyber Physical system software, Mobile Application, Integrated Systems, AR/VR/MR/A.I, ML, I.O.T, Mobile Application).

4. Responsible for end to end project delivery from understanding client's requirement to solution to solution deployment and feedbacks incorporation for ensuring seamless running of solutions.

5. Conducting research about the domains and sectors of the clients for formulating targeted solutions, personalized according to client's needs/ problem- statement.

6. Contacting potential database vendor via Email or phone to establish rapport and set up meetings for impalement of vendor with the company within a designated time frame.

7. Stay updated on market developments that may have a direct impact of the business.

8. Develop a 360 degree understanding of our products/ services, customer categories and competitors.

9. Ensure relationship with key decision makers for accounts that will provide new business are continuously developed and relationship are strengthened and grown.

10. Work with the client servicing team to ensure complete customer satisfaction with the product and organization.

11. Effectively and accurately manage personal revenue pipeline to maximise all new business opportunities.

12. Call on and develop relationship with new prospects in an effort to meet and exceed individual revenue expectations.

13. Develop and actively pursue list of targeted key accounts by creating individual plans of action to penetrate these accounts.

Required Skills-

1. Must have at least Bachelor's degree.

2. Should have at least 4-7 years of prior revenue generating software sales experience.

3. Should have Industry experience in one or more of the following areas is highly preferred. (AR/ VR/ MR/AI/ Gaming)

4. Strong organizational and detail - oriented skills, with the ability to multi task in a dynamic, fast changing entrepreneurial environment.

5. Should be able to integrate knowledge across disciplines to include cold calling, product demonstrations, closing contracts, operation/ Process flow and product function.

6. Strong sense of initiative and personal leadership demonstrating the ability to function independently, but must also be able to contribute to team initiatives.
