We are looking for a Digital Marketing Specialist who will be able to create vibrant and brilliant visual contents in marketing the company's brands and services. Should have competent knowledge and dexterity in creating concepts using the latest technology in digital marketing. Must be very well versed in managing SEO and PPC campaigns must have a solid grasp of web analytics and a strong understanding of online marketing concepts, procedures, strategies, and practices. Should have a minimum of 3 years- experience in managing multiple online projects including social media, content delivery, email campaigns, and web support.

Position : Digital Marketing Specialist

Experience Required : 3+ years

Job Location : Okhla Phase 3

Shift Timings : 9 am to 6 pm (5 days a week)

Roles and Responsibilities :

1. Planning digital marketing campaigns, including web, SEO/SEM, email, social media, and display advertising.

2. Identify trends and insights, and optimize spend and performance based on the insights.

3. Strategizing and implementing new ways and ideas to promote a company and create brand awareness on the internet.

4. Evaluate emerging technologies. Provide thought leadership and perspective for adoption where appropriate.

5. Utilize strong analytical ability to evaluate end-to-end customer experience across multiple channels and customer touch points.

6. Collaborate with internal teams to create landing pages and optimize user experience.

7. Measure and report performance of all digital marketing campaigns, and assess against goals

8. Running Paid/ Unpaid campaigns on Google Adwords (PPC), Facebook. Sending out mailers, SMS- for the company's website.

9. Getting brochure, hoardings are designed. Writing and editing content for ad copies, mailers, blogs, and articles.

10. Generate leads and convert them into fruitful clients.

11. Responsible for suggesting changes in web portals etc.

12. Promoting company's sites through digital marketing especially SMO on social media platforms i.e., Facebook, Twitter, Google +, Linkedin. Generating leads through E-mail marketing Campaigns & Google Adwords (PPC).

13. Coordination with the Content team to develop content as per the specified requirements.

What must you bring? / Required skills : 

1. Proven working experience in digital marketing is a must.

2. Highly creative with experience in identifying target audiences and devising digital campaigns that engage, inform and motivate.

3. Good knowledge of website analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, NetInsight, Omniture, WebTrends).

4. Working knowledge of ad serving tools (e.g., DART, Atlas).

5. Experience in setting up and optimizing Google Adwords campaigns.

6. Strong analytical skills and data-driven thinking.

7. Must have experience in client queries and brand promotion.

8. Up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in online marketing and measurement

9. Good work ethics with good communication and interpersonal skills and team handling skills.

10. Capable to adopt new leading working scenarios quickly.

11. Ability to work well in a team environment and as an individual.
