Job description

- Should have expertise in developing rich cross functional relationships, experience in sales, business development, pre-sales, customer success, account management, CXO relationship management and account expansion in the markets cut across

- Possess keen business acumen in analyzing and understanding business requirements, customer value maximization and developing new business processes and revenue streams.

- Should be competent to create a win-win relationship with Corporate Client through excellent coordination/negotiation skills for repeat/referral business.

- Visionary leadership in assessing client needs, and strategically positioning programs aligned with customer and market/industry needs/ projections

- Resolving customer complaints quickly and efficiently.

- Keeping customers updated on the latest products in order to increase sales.

- Meeting with managers in the organization to plan strategically.

- Expanding the customer base by upselling and cross-selling.

- Understanding key customer individual needs and addressing these.

- Knowing your competition and strategizing accordingly.
