Brief job description :
- Act as a brand custodian for the given project locations.
- Device brand/project/destination strategies to maximize profitable sales for each customer segment, identify new growth opportunities and enhance customer satisfaction.
- Play an integral role in conceptualizing, planning, and activating product launches, phase-launches, go-to-market strategies, and targeted activations supported by other marketing/non-marketing functions.
- Understand the various marketing and sales opportunities for activations and on-ground promotions across various projects, and plan timely and effective activations.
- Work closely with marketing program leaders and vertical stakeholders for achieving the revenue goals.
- Review and manage the project sites regularly and always ensure outstanding brand and customer experience.
- Research and evaluate various competitors, forums, techniques, and technologies to understand new innovations and best practices which can be translated into new experiences for real-estate.
- Monitor and report up the line on plans, progress, and outcomes on a daily, weekly, monthly basis.
- Coordinate with the sales team for marketing support.
- Coordinate the design and production of marketing material.
- Identify and develop relationships with vendors & suppliers.
Skills :
- Knows or has education to apply basic marketing mix concepts (e.g., brand positioning, brand architecture, competitive assessment, marketing objectives/strategies and customer segmentation).
- Experience in consumer understanding, competition survey, future development in addition to tactical changes in existing plans.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Educational/professional qualification required :
- Graduate or MBA Marketing
- 7 to 10 years of in marketing field
