Job Description : Business Development Executive

- We are looking for an enthusiastic aspirant who has the ability to generate leads and build healthy relationships with clients for IT Managed Services and Software Development Services. Demonstrate our services & solutions to C-Level people and pitch in for the sales opportunities in the global market. Track & follow-up with prospective clients and lead generation strategies.

Experience : 4 to 8 years

Roles & Responsibilities :

- Experience in Market Research/ Lead Generation in global market for selling IT Managed Services and Software Development Services. Also, experience in selling Microsoft 365 is a plus

- Identify new potential customers as per defined Ideal Customer Profile (ICP) and extensive market research & analysis and seize opportunities

- Lead generation by email marketing/ cold calling/ LinkedIn or by other market campaigns and needs to build up the sales process

- Contact prospects to qualify leads

- Personalize communication to leads (initials, segment, nurture, track, follow ups etc.)

- Setting up call appointments/ in-person meetings with the CXO Level/ IT decision makers

- Should understand prospects technology needs and customize email pitch accordingly

- Must be aggressive, adaptive to market challenges and deliver sales targets


- Familiar with current market and technology trends

- Prepare and deliver appropriate presentations on products and services and promote them

- Create frequent reviews and reports with sales and financial data

- Building and maintaining a CRM database

- Ability to develop a good understanding of customer requirements and market dynamics

- Ability to drive customer engagement from prospecting to closure through own network

Personal Competencies : 

- Excellent English written/ verbal communication and convincing skills required

- Proficiency in all Microsoft Office applications, CRM software

- Enthusiastic, team player, self-starter and quality focused individual

- Strong negotiation and consultative sales skills

- Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills

- Experience working with Western companies

Qualification : MBA/PGDM (Preferably Marketing subject)
