HealthSetGo - School Health Manager (1-5 yrs)
Language : English, Hindi, Telugu (other languages are bonus)
We are looking for a professional preferably from Medical background to manage relationship with schools over the phone.
Job Responsibilities :
- Responsible for maintaining relationship with school, giving product orientation, coordinating on day to day basis regarding health activities, assessments, etc.
- Building good relationship with the school and to ensure that renewals should happen.
- Collecting student data, coordinating for confirmation on dates to do the medical assessment, arranging for basic requirements at school on assessment days.
- Proactively calling the schools on important dates like festivals etc. and to have has the latest information.-
- Assisting and guiding the school to smoothly conduct monthly health education activity, collecting pictures and sharing testimonials. -
- If the school is facing any issues with services escalating the same to management and providing solution to school.
- Calling parents to discuss about their child's health report
- Required to communicate with key school stakeholders.
- Be open to unlearning & learning.-

Skills Required :
- Prefer someone from Medical background with experience in health sector.
- Must possess good communication, writing & documentation skills.
- Should know Excel, Word, Powerpoint.
- Multiple language speaking is a plus point.
