HealthSetGo - Sales Training Specialist/Product Specialist (2-4 yrs)

We are looking for a professional sales trainer with exceptional credibility to influence sales professionals

Job Responsibilities:

- Responsible for Induction, Orientation, product & sales training (Product technical knowledge, selling skills etc.) for assisting all direct sales and partner sales personnel.-

- To design and roll out training calendar on monthly basis focusing on Skill and Knowledge/Product based Programs

- Budding up with the New joinees and existing team members on the field as a subject matter expert.

- Additionally, visit schools with sales team to monitor sales pitch and share feedback with the personnel.

- Responsible for content development (Central + Regional) and delivery of new training requirements as well as ongoing review of existing content for relevance to business or functional requirements

- Proactively ensure that the Sales learning material is kept up to date and has the latest information.

- Determines learning needs by sitting with sales team; observing sales calls; studying sales results reports; conferring with sales managers.

- Working directly with specified set of under performers (if any)-on field

- Conduct learning sessions based on the training needs identified

- Maintaining Classroom & Field Observation reports as well as Quality Control.

- May be required to monitor sales team performance.

- Required to communicate with key school stakeholders.

- Visiting Schools with existing team members as a Subject matter expert to help close sales.

- Be open to unlearning & learning.

- To support the organization in its effort to be a Great Place to Work

- Publish a regular training dashboard describing the progress & updates on training conducted and effectiveness of the training on a month on month basis.

Skills Required

Note : Focus to be on Product Training and Skill based Training.

- Prefer someone from Education Sector who understands School Sales.

- Must possess writing, documentation, Evaluation and reporting skills.

- Should know Excel, Word, Powerpoint to a good level.

- Multiple language speaking is a plus point.

This job will be on Field ( 90% )

Travel Oriented Job ( 80% )

Salary offered: 5.5 to 7 LPA
