Job Description

HealthPlix is looking for inspiring - Sales Trainer- who can build a team of effective sales professionals through training. As a Sales Trainer, you- ll develop skills and knowledge of budding sales personnel to become star performers. You- ll be responsible to conduct group training sessions and periodic assessments. In addition, you will coach front line sales employees to constantly improve their product knowledge and sales skills.

Responsibilities:

- Conduct skills gap analyses to identify areas of improvement

- Design training interventions within time and budget constraints

- Produce physical and digital educational material (e. g. videos and case studies)

- Onboard new joiners for Inside and Field teams

- Coordinate individual and team performance review sessions to identify need

- Report on the impact of training programs (e. g. skill development, sales achieved)

- Liaise with external trainers or industry professionals and organize seminars

- Maintain updated records of training material, curricula, and costs

Requirements:

- Proven work experience as a Sales Trainer or related role

- Experience in a sales position is a plus

- Ability to manage the end-to-end training journey

- Hands-on experience with e-learning platforms will be a plus

- Good communication and presentation abilities

- Additional certification in training is a plus
