HealthPlix - Associate - CRM Marketing (1-3 yrs)
Job Overview:
The CRM Associate will be responsible for the day-to-day execution of marketing campaigns, utilizing campaign tools such as MoEngage, Clevertap, and Mixpanel. Proficiency in Excel and Google Sheets is essential for this role.
Responsibilities :
1. Execute daily marketing campaigns, managing customer communication across WhatsApp, email, SMS, push notification, and onsite channels.
2. Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand campaign requirements.
3. Utilize the CRM system to segment audiences
4. Implement A/B testing strategies to accelerate learning and apply key insights.
Key Skills and Qualifications:
1. Bachelor's degree preferred.
2. 1 year of experience working in a CRM Marketing team.
3. Familiarity with marketing tools such as MoEngage, Clevertap, and Mixpanel.
4. Having knowledge of matrices across channels is preferred.
5. Exposure to optimizing CRM techniques, segmentation, and campaign planning is preferred.
6. Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
7. Basic skills in Excel and Google Sheets.
