About Us :

Healthomot provides innovative health security solutions dedicated to helping organizations streamline their group health and wellness benefits. We are seeking a Senior Sales Executive to join our team and drive sales growth in the enterprise sector

Key Responsibilities :

Client Engagement : Present Healthomot's solutions to CXOs and senior executives in client

meetings, effectively communicating the value proposition.

Prospect Responsiveness : Ensure a high level of responsiveness with prospects throughout the sales process, addressing inquiries and providing timely information.

Lead Generation : Proactively source new leads and business opportunities, collaborating with the sales development and marketing teams to identify potential clients.

Product Expertise : Attain expertise in insurance, CRM systems, and our product suite, enabling you to effectively communicate complex ideas in a clear and compelling manner

Experience and Qualifications :

- At least 1-3 years of successful B2B sales experience.

- A proven track record of exceeding sales targets, ideally in a startup or high-performing professional setting.

- Strong ability to work with targets and adhere to timelines, demonstrating a results-driven mindset.

- Exceptional communication skills, with the capability to convey complex ideas and product offerings clearly and persuasively.

- A highly professional and results-oriented outlook, with a commitment to achieving objectives.

Compensation & Benefits :

- 5 - 8 lacs CTC
