- Handle the walk-in Customer & try to give best service to them.
- Assists customers in an enthusiastic and courteous manner; provides wow customer service
- Manage the structuring and running deals with customers
- Maintain the department visual merchandising, stock count, follow the cca cheek list .
- Gave best effort to achieve target trough cross & up selling.
- Monitor and supervise sales staff .
- Implement process improvements and best practices.
- Assists with merchandising efforts, displays, and floor moves as needed.
- Assists with community/marketing events
