- Should have excellent communication skills

- At least 5 years of experience in diagnostics; pharma sales.

- Flexible, able to shift priorities to accommodate changing demands.

- Experience in Diagnostic, pharma or healthcare sector will be an advantage

- Hands on in Excel, Analytics

Roles & Responsibilities :

- Business Development and Network expansion

- Meeting and exceeding sales target and business profitability as assigned periodically

- Add new clients; Maintain and Retain Clients

- Responding in a timely and effective manner to all internal and external communications pertaining to the company or its affiliates

- Adhere and support company policies and practices

- Launch any new service or product as and when decided by the company

- Assist in development and implementing of marketing plans as needed

- Ensuring the branding in the assigned territory (in-clinic or out-clinic) as per the plan

- Keeping a close track of the competition and provide the feedback to the management

- Meeting doctors and clients in assigned area and ensure proper coverage & business achievement.

- Explore the business opportunities for the clients, prepare and submit business case
