About the role :

Compensation : Market standards with attractive incentives and earnings multipliers

Major Responsibilities :

As a Manager / Sr. Manager - Corporate Accounts, you will be reporting to the General Manager - Corporate and Business Groups.

As the corporate sales manager responsible for your city, you will

- Be responsible for direct and channel sales of preventive health solutions to corporate clients in your city

- Work independently to develop new leads and convert qualified leads

- Build and nurture long-term relationships with key corporate clients and channel partners in your territory

Important Notes :

- This position is based out of the city specified above. Successful candidate must currently be based in the same city or prepared to relocate at your own expense.

- Travel Required: Mostly within city. However, job may require you to travel to Bangalore Corporate Office periodically.

Requirements :

- At least 2 years track record of meeting/exceeding increasing sales targets and responsibilities

- Prior experience in building and nurturing long-term account relationships

- Prior experience in selling solutions to HR dept. in corporates

- Excitement to grow the market for an innovative service that has 95%+ customer satisfaction and great customer retention

- Problem-solver, eager to learn, self-starter, goal-oriented

- Meticulous and detail oriented approach

- Strong and demonstrated written and verbal communications skills

- Strong computer skills, including Microsoft Word, PowerPoint and Excel.

Good to have:

- Experience in selling benefits (e.g. insurance products) & wellness products (e.g. preventive diagnostics) to HR in corporates

- Experience in selling a value added solution

- Experience in working remotely
