We are a very strong team of x founders who have built & lead high-growth startups in the past with a proven track record. We are seeking a heartfelt, committed, energetic, and growth-oriented Inside Sales Executive.
Role :
- We are looking for an enthusiastic - Inside Sales Executive- to contribute towards sales at Health91.
- You will be responsible for closing sales deals over the phone and building excellent Patient rapport.
- An ideal candidate must be comfortable presenting Health91 plans & patient care products over the Phone & on WhatsApp.
- The role does not involve cold calling, you will be provided with Leads generated by Marketing Team.
- You would be working in a cross-functional environment collaborating with Operations and Marketing Teams.
Requirements :
- Goal Oriented, and Entrepreneurial, with demonstrated ability to achieve outcomes in an innovative & fast-paced environment.
- The preferred candidate must have a proven Inside Sales track record.
- Proficiency in Verbal & Written communication skills, in Hindi & English.
- Exceptional empathetic listening skills & ability to multitask.
- Experience in startups, Health & Wellness Companies is a plus.
