Health Cover - Manager - Sales - Fintech (3-8 yrs)

Health Cover is a Bangalore Based Payments company and is run by 2X entrepreneurs ex CapitalFloat (Axio) and Groww executives. Our platform helps healthcare providers exceed financial goals and improve the end-to-end digital patient experience, from pre-service through payment. We are a Fintech Company providing e-commerce-like swift, secure and amazing payment experiences in healthcare.

- As part of our stellar sales team, you will be selling to our top accounts and working with high-value clients. You will manage the complete end to end sales-cycles, often presenting to C-level executives. You will trailblaze the Healthcare Payments Co vision through product demonstrations, in-market events, and account-specific initiatives.

Responsibilities :

- Employ a consultative sales approach to develop and close new business opportunities

- Accurately forecast and maintain a desirable sales pipeline to achieve quarterly targets

- Use your experience in need identification & research to formalize a GTM strategy

- Master Healthcare Payments Co's value proposition and develop a deep understanding of the healthcare and employee benefits ecosystem.

- Actively seek out new sales opportunities through cold calling, networking and social media

- Segregate and prioritize qualified target accounts to optimize the sales effort

- Understand the needs and requirements of our clients; build a strong relationship with doctors

- Explain all the terms and conditions of the platform, usage methods, incentives and more

- Perform effective online demos and manage deal closure

- Rigorous & structured follow-ups with Doctors to ensure platform usage or sales closure

- Provide in-depth platform training to the doctors and clinic staff

- Close sales and achieve monthly and quarterly targets

- Maintain and expand your database of prospects through referral channel

Requirements :

- Atleast 3 years of work experience in Sales in the Payments space like at fintech companies or Enterprise Sales at Health Tech Companies

- Excellent communication skills(English & Hindi Preferred) with a focus on driving a sales process entirely virtually

- Manage/Dial a high number of outbound calls to enhance prospecting

- Strong people skills with high customer-centricity

- Ability to understand technicality of the product

- Experience in empathetically handling any issues in the onboarding or sales process

- Strong listening, presentation & time management skills

- Any bachelor's / Master's degree preferably from IIM/IIT would be prefered
