Health Care At Home - Executive - Business Development (2-5 yrs)

- We are looking for an organized Business Development Executive (BDE) with 2+ years of proven experience to assist in the marketing, branding and growing sales of our hospital and to create competitive advantages for our company in the market. The BDE represents the company's brand and drives strategies to increase product awareness by observing the market, competitors, and industry trends.

- We expect you to have strong interpersonal, leadership, and communication skills. You should also possess an in-depth knowledge and understanding of sales and marketing.

- In this role, you will be working in Sales and Marketing Department and endeavour in optimizing our Marketing & Sales strategies, managing the department's budget and staff, as well as preparing forecasts.

- To ensure success, you will need good knowledge and understanding of Sales & Marketing strategies and the ability to identify new business leads.

Roles & Responsibilities :

- Responsible for generating sales with existing customers and developing New Leads, Clients and Customers.

- To implement all sales activities related to company's product & services and maximise the sales performance for the respective territory.

- To build and maintain good networking and liaison with doctors to generate leads/ business.

- Classifying target market and reaching out to the right point of contact and pitching for products and services suitable to the clients.

- Help in identifying prospective business opportunity for the company and able to attend company meetings and training sessions.

- Scheduling appointments/meeting with doctors Negotiating with clients (existing & new) on various prospects and closing the deals.

- Maintaining a regular and healthy follow up & relationship with the clients.

- Advise Managing Director and Sales & Marketing Director of customer feedback/comments relating to product content and pricing as well as company performance.

- Provide a weekly schedule of planned activities.

- Achieve sales activities within specified timelines as directed by Managing Director and Group Sales & Marketing Director

- To organise targeted tele-sales campaigns to achieve sales.

- To schedule meetings with potential and existing customers, which includes doctors, pharmacists, nurses, and other health care professionals.

- Organise conferences for doctors and other medical staff.

- Analyzing market trends and preparing forecasts.

- Maintain a current and accurate knowledge of competitor service, be able to highlight their disadvantages and promote relevant benefits.

- Keep abreast of competitor activity and recommend any necessary tactical action.

- Maintain a current and accurate knowledge of services.

- Provide periodical, qualified reports on achievement and activities.

- Handle correspondence related to all selling activities.

- Liaise with other members of Sales Team to actively promote sales opportunities and exchange information.

- Undertake all responsibilities with reference to procedures.

- Obtain necessary authority for expenses and record same in line with Company Policy.

- Undertake any reasonable duties as specified by the Reporting Manager.

Desired Candidate Profile :

- Should have at least 2-5 years of experience in relevant industry.

- Should have good networking with Doctors in the specified region/ sector.

- Should be a graduate (medical background candidates will be given preference).

- Excellent Communication & presentation Skills.

- Ability to work independently.

- To prioritize and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.

- Ability to build strategic and long-term relationships.

- Willing to travel locally within the assigned territory.

- Should be holding expertise in generating sales and revenue in the health/ homecare industry.
