Responsibilities :
- Experience defining program requirements and using data and metrics to determine improvements
- 3+ years experience working cross-functionally
- A deep understanding of and passion for D2C commerce is required.
- Experience in a highly analytical, results-oriented environment with external customer interaction required.
- Proven analytical skills and demonstrated ability to manage the business by the numbers.
- Must be metrics-driven.
- Excellent written and oral communication and presentation skills and the ability to express thoughts logically
- Create, execute, and manage online marketing campaigns across multiple channels.
- Should be able to run experiments, reach out to consumers & dive deeper into the marketing & sales funnels, and build actionable insights that help grow the category
- Conceptualize & drive projects across multiple stakeholders based on the above insights
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS :
- 3+ years experience in program or project management
Location: HSR Layout, Bangalore.
