Healofy has raised $9.5 million in funding from Omidyar Network India, a leading investment firm focused on social impact that has backed several content-led models like Dailyhunt, Pratilipi, Vedantu and 1MG; the BabyTree Group (China's Largest Parenting Platform, and an IPOd unicorn); BAce Capital - a fund anchored by Alibaba's Ant Financial Services Group; and most recently, an undisclosed sum from Hiro Mashita-led Japanese investment firm, M&S Partners.

About the Role :

We are looking for an experienced, well-connected and aggressive Business Development Manager to generate revenues via eCommerce Sales Partnerships.

The primary objective of this is to drive eCommerce sales via multiple categories and deliver significant revenues; while establishing Healofy's brand positioning in the market.

Responsibilities :

- Drive revenue growth of relevant consumer product categories

- Own the P&L (profit and loss) statement for the relevant categories

- Responsible to achieve revenue targets as well as gross margins

- Responsible for merchandising, assortment planning, option planning pre-season and in season to ensure a thorough representation of your category.

- Prior experience or knowledge and confidence to mentor/supervise merchandising operations - including the management of cataloguing and discount monitoring.

- Drive visibility plans, promotion plans, and coordinate between the marketing teams and that of sellers

Basic Qualifications :

- Bachelor's Degree; preferably from reputed institutions

- At least three years of experience in marketing and brand/category management

- Self-starter with attention to detail, organization and time management skills

- Strong communication and presentation skills

- Ability to work with multiple stakeholders and drive key projects
