About the Job :

Reporting to the Product Director & Product Lead, you will play a key role within the marketing team responsible for the execution of customer campaigns designed to drive user growth, product adoption and customer engagement. The ideal candidate has experience in customer lifecycle marketing and a strong background in executing campaigns with eCommerce brands. This position works closely with individuals across marketing and product.

Role & Responsibilities :

- Work closely with internal teams to build comprehensive customer marketing initiatives and programs that expand the use of our marketplace

- Leading integrated customer marketing programs and managing go-to-market functions, including channel readiness and execution on marketing mediums (email, paid media, PR, social, etc.)

- Understand the customer journey touchpoints and how new learnings and changing consumer behavior can be applied and amplified to drive results

- Define audience segments, and identify opportunity areas to drive acquisition, engagement, and retention

- Collaborate with cross-functional partners to launch digital initiatives, product launches, and campaigns to deliver on campaign targets

- Create and execute A/B testing plans to drive campaign optimization decisions

- Managing the strategy and campaign plan for several campaigns and initiatives at once

- Establishing campaign targets, forecasting and tracking ongoing metrics

- Using campaign analytics to find improvement opportunities

- Make recommendations and continuously refine the marketing mix to drive the best results

- Collaborate with Product to optimize how we drive increased adoption and expand customer usage

- Monitor and communicate programs and adjust as needed to address adoption gaps and optimize performance

- Take on other special projects or duties as required or assigned

Requirements :

- A mid-level marketing professional with 3+ years of marketing experience under their belt, and a proven track record of exceptional digital campaign delivery

- Ability to prioritize projects, manage multiple deadlines simultaneously, to meeting objectives in an exciting and agile environment; thrive in change and ambiguity, handling shifting demands with ease

- A strong foundation in analytics; the ability to measure, report, and pivot results as well as intimately understand your KPIs

- Ability to zoom in and out, balancing both strategy and marketing execution

- Creative and strategic - with a proven ability to solve undefined problems and think creatively to offer new innovative solutions and deliver on strategic outcomes

- Strong people skills, the ability to develop relationships with key stakeholders, and the ability to work within a team

- Strong communication skills, both with external partners and internal cross-functional team members

Note: Bangalore-based office job (HSR Layout) for 6 days a week.
