Sr. Content Manager:

Objective: The primary responsibility is to plan and execute content strategy that drives high engagement and raise brand awareness. The incumbent will be responsible for creating, improving and maintaining medical / healthcare related content to achieve our business goals by setting up external and internal content teams. Monitoring web traffic and metrics to identify best practices & knowledge of Google Parameters for content optimization is must.

Key Responsibilities:

- Responsible for identifying and setting up of strong network of content teams / agencies and manage to get the content developed from third parties.

- Coordinate and collaborate with marketing, developers and design teams to plan and develop site content, style and layout.

- Create and publish engaging medical / healthcare content displayed on the site fresh, informative, and appealing.

- Manage the content writers internally and externally to ensure brand consistency by efficiently utilizing the available resources.

- Check the content for Plagiarism & approve for publishing.

- Edit, proofread and improve writers- posts.

- Manage content on website, social media pages, email campaigns and print content materials.

- Monitor, track, and document content results; analyze data and customer responses.

- Stay updated on industry trends and adjust the content strategy as needed.

- Create schedule and calendar plans for content releases.

- Optimize content according to SEO & on Google's acceptance parameters.

- Use content management systems to analyze website traffic and user's engagement metrics.

- Manage content distribution to online channels and social media platforms to increase web traffic.

- Ensure compliance with law (e.g. copyright and data protection).

- Upload the content over the main company portal and maintain Blog/affiliate sites of the company.

Desired Skills:

- MBA / Masters in English from a reputed institute

- Min 5 years of Experience as Content Manager

- Experience in Medical / Healthcare Industry background will be strongly preferred

- Hands on experience with MS Office, strong Google Analytics, WordPress and Adobe Acrobat/Illustrator skills

- Basic technical knowledge of HTML, web publishing and one or more content management systems

- Knowledge of SEO, Google and web traffic metrics

- Excellent writing skills in English and communication skills

- Attention to Detail

- Good organizational and time-management skills
