Objective: The candidate will be responsible for discovering and pursuing new sales prospects and deriving new avenues for channelling sales. The goal is to meet and surpass the company's expectations to drive rapid and sustainable revenue growth.

Job Duties:

- Acquire new accounts for the sales of medicine & healthcare products.

- Maintain and develop good relationship with customers through personal contact or meetings or via telephone etc. to promote the sales process.

- Strong negotiation and hardcore sales

- Help management in forthcoming products and discuss on special promotions.

- Review their own performance and aim at exceeding their targets.

- Record sales and order information and report the same to the sales department.

- Provide accurate feedback on future buying trends to their respective employers

- Sells products by establishing contact and developing relationships with prospects; recommending solutions.

- Prepares reports by collecting, analysing, and summarizing information.

- Participate in marketing campaigns, events, conferences, road shows & other sales promotion activities

Sales Executive Skills and Qualifications:

Sales Skills, Presentation Skills, Client Relationships, High Energy Level, Negotiation, Prospect identification skills, Sales Planning.

- Any graduate, MBA in Marketing from a reputed college

- Strong Communication skills with strong business-related knowledge.

- The ability and desire for sales job with a confident and determined approach.

- Highly self-motivated and ambitious in achieving goals.

- Should possess the skill to work both in team and perform independently.

- Should be capable of thriving in the competitive markets.

- 1 - 5 years in B2B sales
