The Job Profile is an interesting set of handling Business Development for the organization.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities :

Essential duties and responsibilities include the following. Other duties may be assigned :

- Identifies business opportunities by identifying prospects and evaluating their position in the industry with analyzing sales options.

- Sells Services by establishing contact and developing relationships with prospects; recommending solutions.

- Maintains relationships with clients by providing support, information, and guidance; recommending profit improvements.

- Identifies product improvements by remaining current on industry trends, market activities, and competitors.

- Effectively use social networking platforms to reach out to decision makers

- Maintains quality service by establishing and enforcing organization standards.

- Regularly Improves knowledge on industry by attending outsourcing forms and approaching the right decision maker wherever necessary

- Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.

- Supporting quality improvement initiatives of the areas of their work.

- Develop a growth strategy focused both on financial gain and customer satisfaction

- Build long-term relationships with new and existing customers

Minimum Educational Qualification :

- Graduate/MBA with 1-5 years of B2B sales experience in BPO Sector Domestic and International Business Creation with a proven track record

Computer Proficiency :

- Excellent working knowledge of MS Word, MS Excel and MS Power Point

Work Experience: 1-5 years

Desired Candidate Profile :

- Excellent communication and presentation skills in written and verbal English. Effective communicator with the ability to express oneself clearly in business writing and in conversations and interactions with others.

- Maintains Client Relationship with Emphasizing Excellence, unbound Energy Level and Negotiation Skills

- Should be able to maintain Meeting Sales Goals with Creativity and proper Sales Planning and execution

- Energetic professional to support multiple entities.

- Good team player with ability to ensure deliveries on timelines.
