Head - Telesales/Presales - Real Estate (4-7 yrs)

Looking for a candidate with a minimum of 4 years of experience in heading team of telesales / presales and manage presales activities.

RESPONSIBILITIES

- Ensure to provide system training for both the team Sales and Pre- Sales (Full product training to Presales team)

- Prepare script for calling. Streamlining the calling script of various projects acc to demand and realty market changes

- Planning of Presales strategies, Understand the positioning in contrast to the competitors and the demonstration of the business

- Preparation of presentations about the products or services with all their values for the usage of the Presales department or Generate requisitions on the same

- Distribution of web enquiries and cold calling data in an unbiased way to the entire team

- Ensure to check system entries of both the teams - sales and presales (follow up and overdue task)

- Monitor incoming calls from M - cube and gives necessary feedback

- Feedback registration and action on the same from walk-in clients

- Ensure to take care of all information without any pilferage. Maintain data privacy and secrecy.

- Maintain and Prepare weekly reports as requested for the management

- Team bonding and motivation

- Maintain an internal target and maintain a minimum of 15% conversion ratio (leads to walk-in)

- Come up with marketing insights wrt competition, customer information, trade shows, industry news

- Engagement with the customers and interpretation of their needs and derivation of advice for prospective products that are aligned with the customers' demands

- Ensure Lost data is churned properly, Cross-selling

REQUIREMENTS

- Degree in business, marketing, communication or any other related field

- At best, experience in a similar position

- Good interpersonal, presentation and communication skills

- Strong customer service orientation

- Analytical skills and the ability to recognize the demands on the side of the clients
