Head - Telesales - Health Insurance (5-15 yrs)
Role and Responsibilities:
- Will be responsible for managing the telesales team for Health Insurance within the company.
- Will be responsible for recruiting, training and overseeing the performance of Telesales Managers. Besides, you should also be able to assist with the development and implementation of effective sales strategies.
- Recruiting and training managers, monitoring and implementing the performance of sales strategies.
- Preparing and setting monthly and weekly sales targets.
- Building and maintaining long-term customer relations.
- Recording sales calls and meetings details for future reference
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively to create Cross Sell and Upsell opportunity.
