Responsibilities :

- Ideate on an engaging social media and digital strategy for each business

- Execute social media and digital strategy across platforms (social media, short form video, audio streaming, video streaming, karaoke and others)

- Plans and executes all web, SEO/SEM, database marketing, email, social media, and display advertising campaigns.

- Analyze digital data to draw key recommendations around website optimization

- Designing, building, and maintaining our social media presence to ensure we are at par with the current needs & best practices

- Coordinate with sales team to create marketing campaigns

- Ensure that the brand message is consistent

- Measure and reports performance of all digital marketing campaigns and assesses against goals (ROI and KPIs).

- Identifying trends and insights and optimizing spending and performance based on the insights

- Work with CEO on Brainstorming new and creative growth strategies for the company.

- Lead, coach, develop, recruit and retain future talents within the team. He/she will manage performance, develop and evaluate the team members on the agreed KRA's.

- Work with other teams like artiste management, marketing, sales and core management to ensure consistency in communication across all platforms

- Create monthly reports for social media pages and web analytics tools

- Stay up-to-date with current technologies, benchmark trends and audience insights on social media, as well as design tools and applications

- Responsible for End to End Digital Marketing Operations

- Excellent understanding of all social media & digital platforms

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

- Analytical mindset and critical thinking

- Up-to-date on the latest trends and technologies in the digital space

- Excellent understanding of digital concepts, best practices, revenue, sales & marketing

Interpersonal Skills :

- Clear, crisp communication

- Excellent time management

- Ability to work with internal/external teams across different functions
