Head/Senior Manager/Assistant General Manager - Category Management - Aqua & Cattle Feed (15-18 yrs)
Roles and Responsibilities :
- Design and Lead the execution of marketing strategy to drive sales and increase footfalls across all zones. Design & Execute promotional program by empowering the AMROs
- Creating Store& AMRO wise assortment plan. Ensure "Refreshment of Basket" Periodically.
- Lead market research for the category - New brands, demand, New vendors, pricing, competitive landscape, potential innovations, future outlook & opportunities
- Train the Zonal Trainers, Field staff about the New and existing products
- Research and understand the vendor network and get right partners on-boarded basis identified opportunities and demand patterns
- MIS Reporting - Product performance, Marketing effectiveness etc
- Conduct regular research about the consumer trends to identify need gaps in the market and bridge those areas
Desired Candidate Profile :
- Bsc / MSc- Agriculture with MBA in Agribusiness / Marketing
- 15 + years of total experience with atleast 10 years of experience in Aqua and cattle feed
- Candidates should have strong product knowledge
- Should have regional exposure in AP, TS and Karnataka
- Exposure in retail business will be an added advantage.
- Prior experience in Business Development or Sales & Marketing of Aqua Feed / Cattle feed will also be considered
- Should be open to travel .
- Candidates willing to relocate to Hyderabad may only apply.
