- Brilliant analytical skills, Tech-savvy; hands-on experience in setting processes, dashboards.
Job Description :
- Responsible to design wellness projects, implement digital intervention strategies and plan programs that benefit the health and well-being of employees.
- Gather and analyze data to evaluate effectiveness of completed wellness programs and make necessary changes.
- Delivers the operating plan of the Wellness vertical with the achievement of growth objectives including market share, revenue, profit and return on investment for the given product line.
- Identify potential customers and develop targeted marketing and promotional materials including collaterals, campaigns and digital engagement.
- Manage wellness program budgets and assess healthcare-related costs.
- Devise and implement employee wellness programs and monitor employee's health index with a focus on promoting employees' well-being.
- Identify wellness opportunities to reach new market segments and accordingly lead outreach and marketing efforts for upcoming seminars/programs.
- Manage key customer relationships and develop multiple channels with an effective team.
- Communicate regularly with various stakeholders on business progress and parameters and also, other market intelligence data with Management to align organization requirement.
