Head - Sales - Voucher/Gift Card (7-12 yrs)

GyFTR is the brand name for Vouchagram India Private Limited which is a 100% subsidiary of a Singapore based company in Digital Payments, Instant Rewards and Gift Vouchers space.
GyFTR is the largest enabler and aggregator of Digital Gift Vouchers / Gift Cards / Micro mini payments for 125 + brands like Levis, Flipkart, Marks and Spencer, Dominos etc. GyFTR is the market leader owning 60% of the market share as per numbers with a footprint covering 90% space. The company has grown more than 150% on year-on-year basis for last 3 years.
We are looking for an ambitious and energetic Sales Head to help us lead our B2B Sales, Alliances and Merchant Acquisition efforts.
Key Responsibilities :
- Building and Managing a strong team of field sales.
- Build Strategy and planning to achieve the company's sales goals.
- Revenue Generation from New Accounts and marketing of companies products/services
- Conduct research to identify new markets and customers
- Build long-term relationships with new and existing customers
- Minimum 7 years of experience in B2B Sales, Alliances and Merchant Acquisition.
- Must have a strong understanding of retail, loyalty and payment businesses.
- Experience with Fintech and ecommerce is a plus
- Must have managed a sales team
- Strong customer service orientation
- Degree/Diploma in Sales and Marketing is preferred
