Position Overview:
Our client is India's leading Talent Supply Chain company and is ranked amongst India's fortune 500 list. It has its core business interests in Staffing, IT Staffing, HR Services (Compliance and payroll services).
Key Tasks :
- The incumbent should have 12 to 15 years of experience in sales, recruitments (wherein has been involved in selling manpower - perm or temp)
- Had handled a team of min 7 to 15 staffs
- Open to travel across South and in short timelines, min 10-12 days of travel in a month
- Had good contacts in the industry
- Can showcase quick results
- Gender not a constraint
- Extremely good personality and language
- Can work on extended schedules and demanding target situations
- Very good in mathematics and computation
- Good team player as well as team manager
- Can also play a role with me in hiring, projects
- Good knowledge of the industry belts in the market
Qualification :
Experience: Degree/MBA
Must Have Competencies and skill:
