Job Description :

Responsibilities:

- Create a distinct sales process for sales managers and Sales Executives.

- Create regional sales plans in alignment with business objectives

- Having own contacts of retail/eCommerce background for developing business.

- Acquiring new merchants also maintaining wealthy relationship with existing merchants

- Establish clear sales objectives for the week, month, year, etc.

- Able to handle payment solutions

- Initiate and innovate marketing strategies to increase sales and reduce costs

- Announce, present, and educate sales team of any new or upcoming targets

- Train new sales department hires in company processes and procedures

- Manage and supervise sales team to ensure they are on track in achieving sales goals

- Lead, motivate, acknowledge, and inspire your team to perform beyond expectations

- Hold frequent performance reviews with staff to provide constructive feedback

- Continually monitor and track regional sales performance

- Analyze and report on monthly sales outcomes

- Ensure customer issues are attended to appropriately and efficiently

- Build and maintain positive client and customer relationships

- Be a fitting representative and promoter of our brand

Skills:

- Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or related field preferred

- 3+ years relevant sales experience

- Computer literate and proficient using Microsoft Suite

- Young and high achievers, having experience in leading a team of 25.

- Having own contacts of retail/eCommerce background for developing business

- Demonstrate knowledge in our area of sales

- A natural leader with proven management skills

- Experience forecasting sales and building a customer base

- Persistent, unyielding, and results driven

- Who has run loyalty Programs

- Possessing team management qualities

Qualification : mba , Graduate

Working Days : 6 Days a Week (10:00 AM to 7:00 PM)
