The Job :
You will be responsible for :
- Identifying opportunities for new business development through following up on leads and conducting research on target clients.
- Develop and execute sales strategy to achieving the assigned sales targets for the firm.
- New business generation by meeting potential clients to understand needs and providing relevant solutions.
- Conceptualize and implement new schemes & promotional offers in order to increase the sales velocity.
- Managing the sales process to close new business opportunities.
- Guides in preparation of sales pitches to close maximum transactions.
- Manage direct sales through a large team of young & middle level sales professionals.
- Recruit, train and motivate new channel partners and also promote the existing ones.
The Profile :
- You have at least 3 years experience within a Business Development (B2B) role, ideally within a startup environment
- You have solid knowledge of the real estate market and understand the ROI calculations for rentals and can evaluate projects.
- You are comfortable working with Real Estate Developers/Builders/Contractors directly and have amazing negotiation skills.
- You have a data driven approach towards meeting the demand and supply.
- You have a proven track record of meeting/exceeding your targets.
- You possess excellent interpersonal as well as written and verbal communication skills.
- You are a strong networker & relationship builder
