- Looking for sales head with an well know construction company.
- Handling the entire team of sales & all the overall site
- Handle multiple site at times
- Entire sales process management at site level.
- Created new alliances, developed marketing strategies and implemented them.
- Devised and initiated action plans for sales team to approach and secure new business in retail, channel, upcountry & corporate verticals. Market analysis, segmentation, sales forecast, special sales promotion schemes & funnel.
- Responsible for Pre-Sales, Sales, Post Sales Marketing and CRM
- Responsible for Lead Generation, Channel Partner Management.
- New Product Launch, Strategies, Marketing plan, promotional activities.
- Co-ordinating with Marketing and PR Teams for Branding and Marketing activities planned by the management and execution of the same.
- Co-ordinating with on-line portals along with digital Marketing Team for achieving the Set Revenue Targets.
- Participating in exhibitions and Road shows.
- Supervising Agreement Scheduling and Execution.
- Responsible for Collection and achieving Revenue Targets.
- Ensuring Timely and smooth Possession formalities, and parking allotments.
- Commercial and office space direct sales and Leasing Renting.
- Handling post possession CRM functions and initiatives, so as to achieve referral and repeat business.
- Handling Escalations and Negotiations.
